I am Palak. and I am a licensed therapist and currently pursuing my phd in same. My Journey towards Healing started when i was 17 with Tarot with my grandfather. I belong to the lineage of Healers and doctors.
However the real breakthrough happened in my master degree , when my majors were trauma science.The more i learnt , the more i got curious about the fact that how we all are trapped in this layers and layers of trauma.
Some are given by our parents.
